A word on the data
Lease renewal dates aren't public. TRIPP combines years-at-current-address with AI signals from public filings to estimate renewal likelihood. Owner emails and phones are rarely on registries — bring an enrichment API key (Apollo, Hunter, etc.) for those, or capture them manually.
